The tasting was carried out by the renowned chef Italian GianLuca Visani chef from the Restaurat Barolo Hotel Ritz Carlton of Baijing, that even cooked several dishes with Oleaverum.

Olea Verum is an extra virgin olive oil, made with the best Les Garrigues-arbequina olives. Its aromas, nuances and flavors define a delicate oil with a unique personality, it's fruity, fresh, green, olive, whose fragrance recalls fresh fruit and green almond, with light hints of Apple and connotations of other green fruits, flavored almendrado-amargo, slightly spicy and sweet at the end. It is included among the best produced and developed within the D.O. Garrigues.
